- 1/2 cup sour cream (or plain full fat Greek yogurt)
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- zest of 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro
- 2 teaspoons diced chiles in adobo
- 2 teaspoons honey
- Kosher salt
- fresh cracked black pepper
- 12 oz. broccoli slaw
Instructions
- To a medium bowl add sour cream, lime juice, lime zest, mayonnaise, cilantro, chiles in adobo, honey and a large pinch of salt and pepper. Whisk until combined.
- Add broccoli slaw and stir to combine until everything is well coated in the dressing. Enjoy!
