Coat pork in mustard

Cover with dry rub seasoning

Place on grill fat side up and cook for 20 minutes

Cook 10 - 11 hours at 250 until internal temp reaches 195 - 205

Cover in foil and rest 1 - 2 hours, shred, and serve with your favorite BBQ sauce
