– all purpse flour – Kosher salt – baking powder – cold beer – oil

Mix flour, baking powder and salt

Add beer

Mix into a shaggy dough

Roll out onto a floured surface

Gently form into a ball

Knead for 5 minutes

Transfer to a bowl and oil dough

Let dough rise for about an hour

Roll out crust and par-bake for 5 minutes

Top with your favorites
