These Instant Pot French Dip sandwiches are loaded with tender, juicy, shredded beef that cooks in just about 90 minutes from start to finish!
quick & easy dinner
Ingredients:
– olive oil – chuck roast – yellow onion – garlic – beef broth – Worcestershire – dried thyme – dried oregano – salt – pepper
Season roast and heat oil on saute setting
Sear roast on all sides and set aside
Saute onion and garlic in the IP
Deglaze with beef broth
Add roast back into the IP
Add Worcestershire and dried herbs
Pressure cook until beef shreds easily
Serve in French bread with provolone cheese
