The Easiest Lobster Ravioli Recipe

This easy lobster ravioli recipe is a restaurant-quality dish that literally takes less than 20 minutes from start to finish! Al dente cheese ravioli is tossed in a creamy garlic white wine sauce with chunks of sweet, tender lobster meat throughout.

Ingredients

Flip lobster tail over and cut down the middle

Remove meat from shell

Sauté shallot in butter and oil

Add garlic, oregano, and Old bay Seasoning

Cook while stirring for 1 minute

Add white wine and bring to a simmer

Add shells and meat to pan and simmer 

Flip and cook the other side until meat is opaque

A red shell indicates cooked meat

Remove meat and shells and whisk in heavy cream and parsley

Cook for 1 - 2 minutes

Add al dente ravioli and toss to coat

Add lobster meat back to pan

Toss to coat

Finish with a squeeze of lemon and salt and pepper
