- 2 pounds chicken drumsticks, (bone-in, skin-on)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- fresh chopped parsley for garnish, optional
Instructions
- Heat oven to 425 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and place a cooking rack on top.
- Pat chicken legs dry on all sides with a paper towel.
- Combine Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Kosher salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Brush chicken with olive oil, coating the chicken on all sides.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the chicken legs, coating them on all sides.
- Place chicken on the cooling rack and bake for 40-45 minutes or until the skin is golden brown and the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 degrees.
- Let rest for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve!

Notes
- Don’t forget to pat the chicken legs dry. This will help the skin to crisp up more by removing the excess moisture.
