16 ounce can refried beans
4 ounces cream cheese , room temperature
1/2 cup sour cream
4 ounce can diced green chiles
2 tablespoons taco seasoning
4 ounces pepperjack cheese , shredded
1/2 cup halved grape tomatoes
sliced green onion
fresh chopped cilantro
tortilla chips for serving
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Add refried beans, cream cheese, sour cream, green chiles, and taco seasoning to a large bowl.
Mix until well combined and smooth.
Transfer to an 8×8 baking dish.
Top with shredded pepperjack cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove foil and set the oven to broil. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until the cheese on top starts to turn dark golden brown.
Top with tomatoes, green onion, and cilantro, and serve warm with tortilla chips.
