- 16 ounce can refried beans
- 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 4 ounce can diced green chiles
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 4 ounces pepperjack cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup halved grape tomatoes
- sliced green onion
- fresh chopped cilantro
- tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Add refried beans, cream cheese, sour cream, green chiles, and taco seasoning to a large bowl.
- Mix until well combined and smooth.
- Transfer to an 8×8 baking dish.
- Top with shredded pepperjack cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and set the oven to broil. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until the cheese on top starts to turn dark golden brown.
- Top with tomatoes, green onion, and cilantro, and serve warm with tortilla chips.
