- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 12 ounces bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 4 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced green onion
- 1/4 cup sliced chives
- Kosher salt
- fresh cracked pepper
- Ruffles chips and Ritz crackers for serving
Instructions
- Combine cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and a few large pinches of salt and pepper in a food processor until smooth and creamy. Or use a hand mixer to mix until well combined.
- Transfer to a bowl and fold in bacon, cheddar cheese, half the green onion, and half the chives.
- Spread dip in a shallow dish or on a serving platter. Chill for 10 minutes or so.
- Top with tomatoes and the remaining green onion and chives.
- Serve with Ruffles and enjoy!

- Make sure the cream cheese gets to room temperature before mixing everything together. This will ensure that it mixes thoroughly and beautifully with the other ingredients.
- Try 1-2 teaspoons of ranch seasoning instead of the garlic powder and onion powder for a slightly different flavor.
- Mix in a tablespoon or two of mayonnaise if you want some extra classic BLT flavor.
- Chill the dip for at least 10 minutes so the flavors can meld and it firms up a bit for scooping.
