This buffalo chicken pizza is a spicy, cheesy, and flavor-packed twist on pizza night! Using rotisserie chicken and a pre-made crust, it comes together in just 30 minutes for the ultimate weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust (or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce + more for garnish
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion, for garnish
  • 1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Place pizza crust on a pizza pan or sheet pan.
  2. Spread ranch dressing in an even layer across the crust, leaving a border around the edges.
  3. Sprinkle half of both cheeses across the pizza.
  4. Combine shredded chicken and buffalo sauce in a small bowl. Spread it in a single layer on top of the cheese.
  5. Add the remaining cheese in an even layer on top of the chicken. Top with sliced red onion.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the edges of the crust are golden brown.
  7. Drizzle with buffalo sauce and garnish with sliced green onion and crumbled blue cheese. Slice and enjoy!
