- 1 pre-made pizza crust (or homemade)
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce + more for garnish
- 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion, for garnish
- 1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese, for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oven to 425 degrees. Place pizza crust on a pizza pan or sheet pan.
- Spread ranch dressing in an even layer across the crust, leaving a border around the edges.
- Sprinkle half of both cheeses across the pizza.
- Combine shredded chicken and buffalo sauce in a small bowl. Spread it in a single layer on top of the cheese.
- Add the remaining cheese in an even layer on top of the chicken. Top with sliced red onion.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the edges of the crust are golden brown.
- Drizzle with buffalo sauce and garnish with sliced green onion and crumbled blue cheese. Slice and enjoy!
