- 2 cups chili (homemade or store-bought is fine)
- 1 cup salsa
- 8 ounce package cream cheese
- 4 ounces shredded mild cheddar cheese
- Kosher salt
- fresh cracked pepper
- thinly sliced green onion for garnish
- tortilla chips and Fritos for serving
Instructions
- Add chili, salsa, cream cheese, and shredded cheese to a small saucepan along with a couple pinches of salt and pepper.
- Stir until the cream cheese and shredded cheese melt and the dip becomes smooth and creamy.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with thinly sliced green onion and serve with tortilla chips and Fritos. Enjoy!
