Ingredients

  • 2 cups chili (homemade or store-bought is fine)
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 8 ounce package cream cheese
  • 4 ounces shredded mild cheddar cheese
  • Kosher salt
  • fresh cracked pepper
  • thinly sliced green onion for garnish
  • tortilla chips and Fritos for serving

Instructions

  1. Add chili, salsa, cream cheese, and shredded cheese to a small saucepan along with a couple pinches of salt and pepper.
  2. Stir until the cream cheese and shredded cheese melt and the dip becomes smooth and creamy.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with thinly sliced green onion and serve with tortilla chips and Fritos. Enjoy!
