Cinnamon Butter

5 Stars 4 Stars 3 Stars 2 Stars 1 Star

5 from 1 review

This creamy cinnamon honey butter comes together in only 5 minutes and tastes just like the delicious Texas Roadhouse classic. Spread it on fresh rolls for an easy snack or slather it on homemade pancakes over the weekend!

  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: 12 servings 1x

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 stick (8 tablespoons) unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of Kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to a food processor.
  2. Blend until well combined and smooth.
  3. Serve with warm rolls, fluffy pancakes, or fresh baked muffins and enjoy!

Notes

  • Let the butter get to room temperature first. It’s just much easier to mix with the other ingredients and helps create a smoother texture. Let it sit out on the counter for an hour or two and it should be ready to go.
  • If you don’t have a food processor use an electric mixer. Unfortunately, you’re going to need one of the two in order to get that truly delicious, smooth, creamy consistency.
