Notes
- Keep a batch of my dry rub on hand for recipes like these ribs, tender pulled pork, smoked pork butt, and smoked cream cheese!
- Use a flavorful BBQ sauce that you love. It really shines in this recipe. Stubbs Original is my family’s favorite barbecue sauce.
- Don’t skip the broil step! It creates that irresistible sticky, caramelized crust.
- Any ribs will work for this recipe. You can use ribs that come in a slab or are cut into individual ribs.
- Cooking time will vary depending on the size and shape of your ribs.
