Pizza Fries

These super easy pizza fries are loaded with melty cheese and sliced pepperoni and take just 30 minutes to throw together! They’re the perfect snack for game day or your next family get-together!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 20 oz. frozen seasoned waffles fries
  • 12 oz. thick cut mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni

Garnish

  • more pizza sauce
  • grated Parmesan
  • fresh chopped parsley
  • sliced pickled jalapenos
  • red pepper flakes
  • ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Cook fries according to package directions.
  2. Heat oven to 425 degrees.
  3. Add fries to a parchment-lined 9×13 baking sheet.
  4. Top with half the shredded mozzarella, then drizzle with pizza sauce, then add remaining cheese.
  5. Add pepperoni and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Broil for a couple minutes if desired.
  6. Garnish with your favorites, serve with more pizza sauce, and enjoy!

Notes

  • If you can only find unseasoned fries, try using Lawry’s seasoning salt or make a homemade fry seasoning to add extra flavor to the fries. I also recommend adding a sprinkle of garlic powder, dried oregano, or Italian seasoning!
  • If you don’t have parchment paper, try lining the baking tray with tin foil and spray with cooking spray instead.
  • If you are using toppings that need to be cooked, make them while you’re baking the fries to save on some time.
  • Garnish this recipe with parsley, sliced pickled jalapenos, grated Parmesan, red pepper flakes , or anything else you might eat with your pizza.
  • If you don’t have a baking sheet, you can totally make these pizza fries in a 9×13 baking dish or a cast-iron skillet.
