Instructions
- Pat shrimp dry with paper towel.
- Heat 2 tablespoons butter and 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large saute pan or large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add 1 pound shrimp along with a couple pinches of salt and pepper. Cook shrimp for about 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque.
- Reduce heat to medium low and add 6 cloves minced garlic and 1 teaspoon lemon zest and cook for another minute. Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and let them melt.
- Stir in 2 tablespoons lemon juice and 2 tablespoons fresh parsley. Season to taste with salt and pepper and enjoy!
