Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 (12 count) package sweet King's Hawaiian rolls
  • 8 slices Provolone cheese
  • 1/2 pound sliced deli ham
  • 1/4 pound sliced deli salami
  • 1/4 pound sliced deli pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup sliced banana peppers, drained
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Italian dressing
  • 1.5 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Slice the entire slab of rolls in half horizontally, keeping them in a large slab.
  3. Place the bottom slab of rolls on a lightly greased 9×13 baking sheet.
  4. Layer the cheese in an even layer across the rolls. Then add ham, salami, and pepperoni in an even layer.
  5. Add banana peppers and red onion in an even layer.
  6. Add the slab of top buns on top of the sandwiches.
  7. Combine melted butter, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder in a small bowl. Brush the tops of the buns with the butter mixture.
  8. Bake uncovered for about 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tops of the sandwiches are dark golden brown.
  9. While the rolls are baking combine mayonnaise and Italian dressing in a medium bowl. Stir in lettuce until it’s well coated.
  10. Slice rolls into sliders and add a small scoop of the dressed lettuce to each slider. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

    • Use a serrated knife to slice the rolls cleanly without squishing them.

    • Wait to add the lettuce until just before serving so it doesn’t wilt too much.
