- 8 oz. full fat sour cream, room temperature
- 8 oz. full fat cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 ounces grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
- 1 tablespoon olive brine
- 5.75 ounce jar olives, drained and chopped (slice a few for garnish before chopping the rest!)
- Kosher salt
- fresh cracked pepper
- pita crackers for serving
Instructions
- Add cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried minced onion, olive brine, and a couple large pinches of salt and pepper to a medium bowl.
- Use an electric mixer to whip until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the chopped olives. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with a few sliced olives if you’d like. Serve with pita crackers and enjoy!
