This cold olive dip recipe is incredibly simple to make and packed with rich, tangy flavor. With fewer than 10 ingredients and no cooking required, it’s an ideal last-minute appetizer that feels special without extra effort.
5.75 ounce jar olives, drained and chopped (slice a few for garnish before chopping the rest!)
Kosher salt

pita crackers for serving
Instructions
Add cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried minced onion, olive brine, and a couple large pinches of salt and pepper to a medium bowl.
Use an electric mixer to whip until smooth and creamy.
Fold in the chopped olives. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Garnish with a few sliced olives if you’d like. Serve with pita crackers and enjoy!
