They are WAYYYY better than you're usual boring cheese and chicken quesadilla. These sheet pan quesadillas are loaded with all your favorite Mexican flavors but are a breeze to throw together!
*EASY WEEKNIGHT MEAL*
– shredded chicken – tomato salsa – black beans – green onion – cumin – garlic powder – chili powder – diced chiles in adobo – pepperjack cheese – kosher salt – fresh cracked pepper – flour tortillas
Add filling ingredients to a bowl
Mix until well combined
Fill tortillas and fold in half
Bake until golden brown
Serve with salsa and sour cream
