These hearty Black Bean Burgers combine the best of both worlds - offering you a wholesome yet satisfying burger with just 9 ingredients!

INGREDIENTS

– olive oil – black beans – red onion – garlic – breadcrumbs – egg – cumin – chiles in adobo – garlic powder

Sauté beans with salt and pepper, in oil. 

Add half the beans along with remaining ingredients to a food processor

Pulse until well minced and combined

Add minced beans to whole beans

Mix to combine

Form into patties

Sauté in olive oil until crispy

Serve with your favorite burger toppings and baked fries!
