Ingredients:
– olive oil – onion – garlic – chili powder – cumin – sugar – tomatoes – chipotles in adobo – black beans – red lentils – tomato sauce – broth – lime juice – salt – pepper
Saute onion garlic and spices in olive oil
Add tomato, chiles, black, bean and lentils
Add broth and tomato juice and simmer
Garnish with sour cream and cilantro and enjoy!
