Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 cup finely diced pepperoncinis
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion
  • 2 tablespoons sliced chives
  • 1-2 tablespoons pepperoncini juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Kosher salt
  • fresh cracked pepper
  • Ruffles chips and Ritz crackers for serving

Instructions

  1. Add cream cheese, sour cream, pepperoncinis, green onion, chives, pepperoncini juice, garlic powderonion powder, and a couple large pinches of salt and pepper to a medium bowl. 
  2. Use a fork to thoroughly mix ingredients and combine the cream cheese and sour cream with the other ingredients until smooth and creamy. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Serve with Ritz crackers and enjoy!
