Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • juice of 1 lemon (about 2 tablespoons)
  • 1 clove fresh garlic finely minced
  • Kosher salt
  • fresh cracked pepper

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a mason jar.
  2. Cover with a lid and shake vigorously until dressing is well mixed and emulsified.
  3. Add more salt and pepper to taste and serve with your favorite salad. I highly recommend my super simple beet and feta salad!

Notes

  • This honey Dijon dressing is the perfect drizzle for my favorite roasted beet and feta salad, but it’s also delicious as a dip for my crispy baked chicken tenders or my oven baked fries recipe! You’ll want to keep it on hand to add a little something extra to all your favorite meals!
  • Make this honey mustard dressing up to 5 days in advance.
  • Store it in an airtight container in the fridge and be sure to season to taste with salt before serving at a later date.
