- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
- juice of 1 lemon (about 2 tablespoons)
- 1 clove fresh garlic finely minced
- Kosher salt
- fresh cracked pepper
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a mason jar.
- Cover with a lid and shake vigorously until dressing is well mixed and emulsified.
- Add more salt and pepper to taste and serve with your favorite salad. I highly recommend my super simple beet and feta salad!
