These BBQ chicken sliders are quick, delicious, and the perfect way to feed a crowd! 8ounces shredded cheese (medium cheddar and pepper jack)
1/4cup diced green bell pepper
1/4cup diced red onion
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon fresh chopped cilantro
Instructions
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half so you have 2 slabs. Place the bottom slab on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 5 minutes.
Combine chicken and BBQ sauce in a large bowl.
Sprinkle the bottom slab with 2/3 of the cheese. Then add BBQ chicken in an even layer along with the onion and pepper. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/3 of the cheese. Top with the other slab of buns.
Melt butter and combine it with the cilantro. Brush it over the top bun.
Bake for 5 minutes, place a piece of foil over top and bake for another 10-15 minutes or until heated through. Slice and enjoy!
