These easy Buffalo chicken sliders are spicy, cheesy, and perfect for game day or a quick weeknight dinner. Made with rotisserie chicken and baked on soft Hawaiian rolls – they come together in 30 minutes or less!
Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half so you have 2 slabs. Place the bottom slab on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 5 minutes.
Combine chicken, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing in a large bowl.
Sprinkle the bottom slab with 2/3 of the cheese. Then add buffalo chicken in an even layer. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/3 of the cheese. Top with the other slab of buns.
Melt butter and combine it with the cilantro. Brush it over the top bun.
Bake for 5 minutes, place a piece of foil over top and bake for another 10-15 minutes or until heated through. Slice and enjoy!

Notes
Toasting the bottom buns helps prevent sogginess from the sauce and chicken.
For extra crispy tops, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end (watch closely!).
Easily double the recipe for a larger crowd using a 9×13 baking dish.
