Ingredients for Buffalo Chicken Sliders

  • King’s Hawaiian Rolls: These sweet, soft rolls are perfect for sliders. Substitute with brioche slider buns or dinner rolls if needed.
  • Shredded Rotisserie Chicken: Makes this recipe super quick and flavorful. You can also use any leftover cooked chicken.
  • Buffalo Sauce: Brings the classic spicy kick. Use your favorite brand, or adjust the amount for milder sliders.
  • Ranch Dressing (or Blue Cheese Dressing): Adds creaminess and cools the heat. Blue cheese dressing is great for a more tangy flavor.
  • Pepper Jack Cheese: Melts beautifully and adds a little extra spice. Mozzarella, cheddar, or Colby Jack are good alternatives.
  • Butter: Brushed on top to add golden color and flavor while baking.
  • Fresh Chopped Cilantro: Adds a fresh pop of flavor. You can leave it out or substitute with chopped parsley.

Tips for Making Buffalo Chicken Sliders

  • For extra crispy tops, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end (watch closely!).
  • Easily double the recipe for a larger crowd using a 9×13 baking dish.

Make-Ahead Instructions

  • Prepare the individual components up to 2 days in advance and refrigerate.
  • Assemble the sliders when you’re ready to bake.
  • Plan to add an extra 3–5 minutes to the cook time.

Storing Leftovers

Store leftover sliders in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Reheating Buffalo Chicken Sliders

  • Reheat in a 350 degree oven, covered with foil, for 10–15 minutes or until hot.
  • For crispier tops, remove the foil for the last few minutes.
