These chicken bacon wraps are a quick and easy lunch or the perfect on-the-go meal when you’ve got a busy week! Using rotisserie chicken, fresh lettuce and tomato, cheddar cheese, flour tortillas, and ranch dressing, these chicken bacon wraps come together in less than 10 minutes and can be personalized to suit everyone’s taste.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 4 burrito size/large tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 8 strips bacon, cooked crispy and crumbled
  • 23 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup your favorite ranch dressing + more for serving
  • Kosher salt
  • fresh cracked pepper

Instructions

  1. Assemble wraps by dividing the ingredients evenly between the 4 tortillas.
  2. Layer the chicken, bacon, lettuce, tomato, cheese, and ranch. Add a couple pinches of salt and pepper.
  3. Roll each one like a burrito, slice in half, and serve with ranch on the side!

Notes

  • Make the bacon ahead of time. As an extra time saver, cook the bacon ahead of time. You can store it in an airtight container or Ziploc bag in the fridge for a few days so that it’s ready to go whenever you are.
  • Make is spicy! I love these ranch chicken wraps as is, but when I’m in the mood for a little spice, a drizzle of hot sauce takes these wraps to the next level. Hot sauce and ranch dressing are a match made in heaven so they work really well in this recipe.
  • If you prefer a warm wrap, feel free to heat these up in a skillet or grill pan over medium heat or medium high heat. Brush or spray the skillet or pan with olive oil and then cook on each side for a few minutes until warmed through.
