Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup diced dill pickles
  • 2 tablespoons pickle juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped dill
  • Kosher salt
  • fresh cracked pepper
  • Ruffles chips for serving

Instructions

  1. Add cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and a couple large pinches of salt and pepper to a medium bowl. Use an electric mixer to whip until smooth and creamy. 
  2. Fold in pickles, pickle juice, and fresh dill. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 
  3. Serve with Ruffles and enjoy!

Notes

    • Chop pickles uniformly so they distribute evenly through the dip and you get some in every bite.

    • Let the dip chill for 20–30 minutes to allow flavors to meld if you can. But it’s also great right away!

    • Double the recipe if you’re serving a crowd because it will go fast!
