- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup diced dill pickles
- 2 tablespoons pickle juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped dill
- Kosher salt
- fresh cracked pepper
- Ruffles chips for serving
Instructions
- Add cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and a couple large pinches of salt and pepper to a medium bowl. Use an electric mixer to whip until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in pickles, pickle juice, and fresh dill. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Serve with Ruffles and enjoy!
