- 15-ounce bag tortilla chips
- 12 ounces shredded cheese
- 1 pound of my easy taco meat
- 1 (15 ounce can) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1 jalapeno, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced green onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- avocado sauce and sour cream for serving
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Arrange chips on a large sheet pan. Add half the cheese in an even layer. Top with a layer of taco meat and black beans and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
- Add black olives, jalapeno slices, and diced red onion.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and starting to turn golden brown on top.
- Remove from the oven and top with tomatoes, green onion, and cilantro. Drizzle with avocado sauce and top with sour cream. Enjoy!
