Place a cube of mozzarella and a slice of pepperoni in the center. Pinch and seal the edges forming a small ball. Continue with the remaining pizza dough, cheese, and pepperoni.
Place dough balls seam-side down in the lightly greased pan. Mix melted butter, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and a large pinch of Kosher salt in a small bowl. Brush garlic butter mixture over top of the pizza bites.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown on top.
Sprinkle parsley and grated Parmesan on top. Serve with warmed pizza sauce on the side and enjoy!
