quick + easy dinner
Ingredients:
– olives – almonds – basil pesto – pistachios – fresh mozzarella – Gorgonzola – Asiago – salami – prosciutto – soppressata – sliced cheese – smoked cheese – crackers and bread
Cook quinoa in a saucepan
Saute onion and add walnuts, garlic and spices
Add water and lime juice
Serve in flour tortillas and enjoy!
