With 4 ingredients (plus all the toppings you want) these air fryer hamburgers will be one of the easiest meals you’ll make all week - I promise! In less than 10 minutes you can have burgers cooked to perfection without the hassle of a grill.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • sesame seed hamburger buns
  • Easy Burger Sauce
  • additional toppings: pickles, onion, tomato, lettuce, etc.

Instructions

  1. Heat air fryer to 350 degrees.
  2. Add burgers in a single layer to the air fryer basket or trays. Sprinkle with Kosher salt.
  3. Cook for 4-5 minutes. Flip and cook another 3 minutes or until they reach your desired doneness.
  4. Add slices of cheese if desired and cook for another 30-60 seconds.
  5. Assemble burgers using hamburger buns, my Easy Burger Sauce, and your desired burger toppings and enjoy!

Notes

  • Toast the buns. Butter the hamburger buns and pop them into the air fryer, butter side up, for 1-2 minutes to get them nice and toasty warm. If you prefer your burger without a bun, feel free to create a lettuce wrap out of a large leaf of butter lettuce or iceberg lettuce instead!
  • The best way to check and see if your burgers are done is to use a meat thermometer inserted into the center. You're looking for an internal temperature of 160 degrees.
  • Add all your favorite toppings! And don't skip the burger sauce! These burgers are a blank canvas so dress them up however you like with pickles, onions, lettuce, tomatoes, bacon and more!
