This smoked chicken wing recipe is the best because it combines the perfect balance of flavor and texture. It's super simple to throw together and the wings will come out perfectly every single time!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 lbs. chicken party wings
  • 3 tablespoons easy dry rub
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • your favorite BBQ sauce, for tossing

Instructions

  1. Heat the smoker to 250 degrees.
  2. Pat the wings dry with paper towels.
  3. Combine dry rub and baking powder.
  4. Seasons wings on all sides until well coated.
  5. Place wings on the grill and smoke for 45 minutes, flipping about halfway through.
  6. Turn the smoker to 400 degrees or "high", flip the wings again, and smoke wings until they reach an internal temp of 175 degrees.
  7. Toss in your favorite BBQ sauce and enjoy!
  8. To get the wings extra crispy, air fry them at 350 degrees for 5 minutes or so. Or pop them in the oven and broil them for a couple minutes.
