Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb. pizza dough
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup Parmesan Garlic Cream Sauce or alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked, crumbled bacon
- sliced chives + chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oven to 450 degrees.
- Form pizza dough into a 14″ pizza crust and transfer to a cornmeal dusted pizza pan.
- Drizzle crust with olive oil and poke holes all over it with a fork.
- Bake crust by itself for 4-5 minutes.
- Spread alfredo sauce in an even layer across the crust. Add half the cheese.
- Add chicken, broccoli, and remaining cheese.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes. Once the pizza has just a minute or so left to bake, add bacon to the pizza and bake for another minute or two.
- Garnish with chives and parsley, slice, and enjoy!
Notes
- Don’t skip the homemade alfredo sauce! I promise it’s worth it and it takes just 15 minutes to throw together. The best part is that you can make it up to a week in advance and store it in the refrigerator. Then just give it a quick whisk in a small saucepan, bring it to a gentle simmer and spread it on your pizza.Â
