his quick and easy chicken alfredo pizza uses just 10 ingredients and you can have it on the table in less than 30 minutes which has made it our go-to for Friday pizza night! With the a creamy homemade alfredo sauce, broccoli, bacon, chicken, and plenty of cheese, this alfredo pizza is basically a whole meal on its own.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pizza dough
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup Parmesan Garlic Cream Sauce or alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • 8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked, crumbled bacon
  • sliced chives + chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Form pizza dough into a 14″ pizza crust and transfer to a cornmeal dusted pizza pan.
  3. Drizzle crust with olive oil and poke holes all over it with a fork.
  4. Bake crust by itself for 4-5 minutes.
  5. Spread alfredo sauce in an even layer across the crust. Add half the cheese.
  6. Add chicken, broccoli, and remaining cheese.
  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Once the pizza has just a minute or so left to bake, add bacon to the pizza and bake for another minute or two.
  8. Garnish with chives and parsley, slice, and enjoy!

  • Don’t skip the homemade alfredo sauce! I promise it’s worth it and it takes just 15 minutes to throw together. The best part is that you can make it up to a week in advance and store it in the refrigerator. Then just give it a quick whisk in a small saucepan, bring it to a gentle simmer and spread it on your pizza.
