  1. Amazing! Very easy to make and delicious on salads. This is my new favorite go to recipe for a good salad dressing.

  2. I would be making this just for me so I need to know how long will it last in the refrigerator? Can it be frozen? I really would like to make this dressing but I don’t want the leftovers to go to waste.

    1. Great question, Donna! You could definitely freeze this dressing for up to 2 months. It should stay good in the fridge for about a week or so. Hope that helps! 🙂

  3. I was searching for a delish sun dried tomatoes marinade for veggie kabobs and this recipe was super simple and so delish! Thanks for the great recipe. This will be a staple in my house.

  4. Love this dressing! Made it for the first time yesterday for the white bean kale salad and used it for some meatballs today. Super flavorful and way too easy to make! Love the flavor the coconut milk adds, brings a sort of sweetness to the tomatoes! My husband is not a fan of sun-dried tomatoes but loves this dressing!
