  • Cream Cheese: Creates a smooth, creamy texture. Stick with full-fat for the best flavor and texture.
  • Mild Cheddar Cheese: Melts into the dip for extra cheesiness. You can also use sharp cheddar, Monterey Jack, or your favorite melty shredded cheese.

How to Make Chili Cheese Dip
