Easy Cold Pepperoncini Dip Recipe
- Quick and easy to make with just 10 minutes of prep and no cooking required!
- Loaded with creamy, tangy flavor everyone will love!
Ingredients for Cold Pepperoncini Dip
- Cream Cheese: Creates a rich, creamy base for the dip. Full-fat cream cheese works best and will give you the best flavor and texture.
- Sour Cream: Adds tangy flavor and helps smooth out the dip. Again, stick with full-fat for the best flavor and texture.
- Pepperoncinis: The star ingredient! They bring tangy, slightly spicy flavor and texture to the dip.
- Green Onion: Adds a fresh, mild onion flavor and a bit of color.
- Chives: Bring a delicate, slightly oniony flavor that complements the pepperoncinis.
- Pepperoncini Juice: Enhances the tangy, zesty flavor of the dip. Start with one tablespoon and add more to taste. It will help to loosen up the dip and create a smooth creamy texture as well.
- Spices: Garlic powder and onion powder are my two favorites for adding tons of flavor. Feel free to play around and experiment with your family’s favorite spices. If you like it spicy, try adding a pinch of cayenne as well!
- Ritz Crackers: Perfect for dipping and serving alongside the creamy dip. I also like to serve it with Ruffles potato chips, Fritos scoops, or pita crackers too!
